Daurion estate is situated close by the Mediterranean sea which brings a unique freshness.
WINEMAKING & AGEING:
Harvest made over night to take advantage of the nights’ freshness to preserve aromas. The grapes are then pressed gently. The juice is fermented at low temperatures. The wine ends its ageing in stainless steel tanks on fine lees to create a creamly, silky mouth feel, and a richer texture to the body of the wine. Bottled at the Domaine.
The rosé Daurion cuvee has a pale pink color with salmon glints. This beautiful cuvee offers to the nose delicate red fruits and citrus aromas. In the mouth, Domaine Daurion rosé has a perfect balance between freshness, acidity and aromatic persistence. Bottled at the Domaine.
PAIRING WINE & FOOD:
It is an ideal wine to share for a relaxing meal with friends or family. Enjoy it with some charcuterie to start with, a salad, Italian food, pizzas, pasta and also couscous or paella. Serve it fresh between 10° and 11°C.
