100% Colombard, this emblematic grape variety of the Languedoc region brings all the freshness and deliciousness we expect from grape juice. Grown and produced in Caux, in the Languedoc and Pézenas PDO terroir, our alcohol-free sparkling grape juice is made from the finest grapes grown on the estate. Each bunch is carefully selected to guarantee exceptional quality.

The production process is simple: after selecting the finest grapes, we press them immediately after harvest to extract the freshest possible juice. No alcoholic fermentation takes place, preserving the fruit's character and non-alcoholic nature. Then comes the bottling stage, with no added sugar and therefore no additional refermentation.
