In a few words :
Daurion is not only a witness to the history of Pays d'Oc wines, it's also the keeper of a secret. In the 1970s, Henri Collet 1er du nom introduced the Chardonnay grape variety to the Hérault region for the first time. At a time largely dominated by red wines, the domaine was already showing boldness and innovation. Just as this decade was marked by change, another small revolution took place in the Languedoc. Going against the trend, Henri Collet decided to put the spotlight on white wines, and took the opportunity to produce the sector's first grape bubbles, inspired by the Champagne method.
This new Chardonnay cuvée is a tribute to time and transmission, a legacy through a sustainable approach to viticulture.
