The Secret:
This blend was created from a unique vineyard, where a capitelle — those small dry-stone shelters emblematic of the Occitan region, built by our ancestors to protect themselves from the sun and the weather. The Capitelle Collet has watched over these vines for generations. It bears witness to the repeated gestures, the passing seasons, the patient labor of the people, and their intimate connection to the land.
