The Secret:

This white blend is made from grapes grown on plots located near the ruins of the Caux wash house, a silent witness to centuries past when villagers gathered to wash their clothes and share stories by the water’s edge. These sources of pure, fresh water have inspired our vines: a wine that celebrates clarity, liveliness, and harmony. Each grape variety is carefully selected, much like the meticulously cut stones of the wash house, to create a blend.
